
Guidelines for the presentation of
communications
- Communications should be presented in writing and
they will constitute part of the dossier which
will be delivered to the delegates.
- The abstract should be sent to the Congress
Secretary Office before 30.09.1996 using the
abstract form or our E-mail box.
- The communications should be sent to the Congress
Secretary Office before the 20.10.1996, using E-mail box too.
- The communications may be presented in any of the
three official languages of the Congress:
English, French or Italian.
- The text must have a maximum lenght of 7 pages,
DINA4 size, typed on one side, doubled spaced and
leaving a minimum margin of 2,5 cm. The document
must be properly paginated.
- The text and illustration (drawings or
photographs) quality must be grafically high,
since the copies are going to be printed from the
original.
- The cover must include: title of the
communication, first name and family name of its
author, position and institution being
represented.
- In order to standardize criteria related to the
bibliographical references, we recommend the
Harvard system, in which, in the text itself and
parenthetically, the author and year of the
publication are cited. At the end of the text,
all references related to the authors cited, in
alphabetical order by de first surname, should be
listed. More than one reference attributed to the
same author should be listed in chronological
order.
- Free written communications about the subject of
the Congress will be accepted.
