How to use "Over-powering" in context?
There are a few things that all Powerlifters should work on: general strength, technique, and consistency. But, one of the most effective things a Powerlifter can do for their strength and conditioning is to develop the "power muscle." The power muscle refers to the muscles that create the most force with the least amount of effort. To develop the power muscle, you need to overload your muscles with a heavy weight. Overloading a muscle allows it to grow in size and strength. While this process can be uncomfortable, the rewards are worth it. When you overload your muscles, you create a greater Strength-to-Weight Ratio.
