How to use "Pandora's box" in context?
Pandora's Box is a box that can trap anybody that opens it. The box was created by the gods in order to keep the demons imprisoned. It's said that whoever opens the box will be cursed for all eternity.
However, one day a man named Prometheus stole the box from the gods. He intended to give it to man so that they could use its power to free themselves from the tyranny of the gods. But the gods became enraged at Prometheus and cursed him for eternity.
Since then, anyone who opens the box risks becoming trapped within it.
