If you've ever been a student, you know that academics come with certain privileges. This includes, but is not limited to, not having to work during the summer, going home on Christmas break, and not having to do extra work for tests.
Academics come with a lot of perks, but they don't always come with a lot of work. For example, when I was in high school, I had the privilege of going home on Christmas break. I didn't have to do any extra work, and I didn't have to study for any tests.
This isn't always the case.
