How to use "Re-call" in context?
The word "re-call" refers to the process of requesting that a previously executed trade or order be executed again. A re-call can be initiated manually by the trader, or automatically by the trading software.
When a trader initiates a re-call, the software will attempt to find and execute the same position as the one that was previously executed. If the position cannot be found, the software will generally automatically open a new position of the same size as the last executed trade.
If a trade is subsequently cancelled or reversed, the software will generally automatically reopen any previously executed positions.
