SNS stands for Social Networking Service and has become an essential part of our daily lives. SNS platforms such as Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn and Instagram, enable us to connect with friends, share news and updates, and even build professional networks. However, the term SNS is slowly becoming outdated as new synonyms appear. Social media, online networking, virtual communities, and digital platforms are all commonly used phrases that describe the same idea. Although SNS was a popular way of describing online communication, the synonyms accurately capture the wide range of possibilities that these platforms offer. As technology continues to evolve so too will the language we use to describe it.
