Zannichelliaceae is a family of lichenized fungi in the Ascomycota. Species in the family have a black caruncle on the stipe. Zannichelliaceae was circumscribed in 1984 by Canadian mycologist Ronald O. Coleman. A 2008 phylogenetic study based on nuclear ribosomal protein (rRNA) ITS sequences found that the family is monophyletic and most closely related to the Lecanoraceae.
