Loyalty is neither outdated nor overrated. Loyalty is still very much in fashion, although it's getting scarce in todays fast paced world. There is no grey area for loyalty, because it is either black or white, i.e. you are either loyal or not. And money can't buy loyalty, a hard fact that many corporates are realizing after losing good loyal workforce, and when being left with greedy ladder climbers. Loyalty pays, in long run - always!
