How to use "All things considered" in context?
As someone nearing the end of high school, there are a lot of "what ifs" swirling around in my head. What if I don't get into my top college? What if I can't find a job? What if I can't afford rent next year?
But, as much as I want to focus on the negative, I've learned to take things "all considered." After all, there are too many things that can happen in this life to focus on the negative. So, instead of thinking about all the things that could go wrong, I try to focus on all the things that have gone right.
