How to use "Conditional relation" in context?
A conditional relation between two things is a relation between two things which is dependent on something else. In other words, the two things are related only if a certain condition is met.
For example, if I say that John is taller than Tom, I am saying that John is taller than Tom only if Tom is taller than Bill. However, if Tom is shorter than Bill, then John is not taller than Tom. In other words, the condition for John to be taller than Tom is that Tom is taller than Bill, but the condition for John not to be taller than Tom is that Tom is not taller than Bill.
